Located at the top of an architectural marvel, Merdante's is an high-end restaurant kept balanced on a narrow spire, over a hundred feet in the air, accessible only be elevator. Consisting of an internal floor that stores the kitchen and storage rooms, the actual restaurant is left open to the air; with little more than candlelight illuminating it at night, the stars are vibrantly visible. In the event it rains, snows, or otherwise, a lightweight but insulating nylon roof folds out of pillars throughout the restaurant, keeping out the cold and wet. The food, naturally, is sublime, with a varied menu for even the pickiest palate.
