Wakahisa Park A beautiful park that looks like it was transplanted from Japan itself. Locals hold a mutual respect for this park, and everyone does their part to keep it clear of litter and to maintain the park. Many events are held here, from festivals to concerts, even to the yearly Cherry Blossom Festival. Noted for the presence of non-native cherry blossoms that are kept in pristine condition year-round. |

Ueda Tea Room The Ueda Tea House is a tea house that has spread from being a very popular chain in Japan to places like San Francisco, Los Angeles, and even Jump City. The prices are very fair and with a fairly laid-back but very clean and neat environment, this is a common place to have conversations with friends. Teas are imported from around the world, and snacks from various cultures are made in the back. |
