No New Posts Vernon Memorial Park

Named after Peter Vernon, a Revolutionary War hero who helped defend the New Troy region against the advancing British, the park often acts as a central hub of recreation and socialization... though not as large as Centennial Park, its scenery is far less cultivated, with numerous lush trees and fields of clover that seem to keep the park cool, regardless of how intently the sun beats down.

Queensland Park
Primarily a residential area, Queensland Park is largely populated with schools, smaller apartment complexes, parks aplenty, and sprawling suburbs for growing families; its relative proximity to New Troy usually results in Metropolis' workforce moving en masse from the Queensland Park district to New Troy via the handful of bridges that connect them... it makes rush hour an absolute nightmare, but beyond that, the district is a quiet, safe locale. Over time, a few government institutions and companies have moved subsidiary branches to the region, including a secondary Daily Planet printing press, and S.T.A.R. Labs.
