Located far on the outskirts of Gotham City- for obvious reasons- the Asylum houses both those with more harmless and mild psychoses, and those whose mental illness has broken out into true violence. At the moment, the pinnacle 'celebrity nut' is Victor Zsasz, a merciless serial killer responsible for over two dozen killings... each of which is represented by a mark made in his skin.
